Challenge badges, have also teamed up with the Scout Association to create the
‘Building Britain with Meccano’ competition. The competition is a chance for Beavers and Cubs to let their creative
imaginations run wild by constructing their favourite local landmark. The competition will be open to all Beaver and Cub groups. Entry is on a first-come, first-served basis with successful entrants receiving
a free Meccano kit from which to construct their model. Beaver and Cub groups can enter the competition in two ways; to send a photograph in time for Funday at Gilwell Park on June 23rd, or to attend the event itself with their landmark in tow.
