Trampolining

Description
Trampolining is a great activity which can be done in various ways.
1) This activity can be delivered through a British Gymnastics club with qualified trampolining coaches.
2) This activity can also be provided by using a local jump park. These parks and centres are springing up all over the country and have some great facilities. There are some considerations to be made when using these centres as the nature of the activity can result in injuries to those who take part. Make sure you use an the International Association of Trampoline Parks registered centre, go to http://www.indoortrampolineparks.org and choose find a park.
