Hovercrafting

Hovercrafting is the activity of riding on a powered craft which is lifted from the ground by a large fan. Hovercrafting can take place over land or water.

How to run/provide hovercrafting

There are 3 ways of running Hovercrafting in Scouting. These are:

  1. Scout-led activity - running hovercrafting yourself or using someone else in Scouting

  2. Externally-led activity - running hovercrafting using an external provider

  3. Activity for adult groups - running hovercrafting for a group entirely of adults
