DofE registration and completion

It is easy to get involved in a DofE programme. Simply contact your county DofE adviser (or country office) and they will help you through the process. You will need to complete an enrolment form and pay a fee. Once you’ve done this you will receive your welcome pack and a set of login details for eDofE.

Now’s the fun bit. Log in to eDofE and plan your programme of activities. Once your leader has approved them you can get going, collecting evidence as you go.

At the end of the programme your leader will approve your evidence and then send your award for official approval. Once this stage is complete you’ll get a message through eDofE telling you that you have completed the requirements for the award and that you can start producing your achievement pack.

Finally there will be a presentation, where you will receive your certificate and DofE badge as well as a badge to wear on your uniform. If you have completed your Gold Award then you will be invited to attend a Gold Award presentation at a royal palace in order to collect your certificate.

If you need more badges for your uniform then these can be obtained through district or county badge secretaries.
