Quite simply this involves rolling a large inflatable sphere around a set area, often by two or more opposing teams who can be trying to 'score' by pushing the ball to or through a goal. Alternatively there can be no special purpose that informs the direction of travel, or the aim could be to simply keep the ball off the ground.
It can be used in a competitive way to build team work and leadership skills or as a release of physical energy prior to a more sedate activity.
Many campsites offer pushballs as an activity. Additional places to hire/borrow the ball could be local authorities youth section, schools or commercial hire. The size of the playing area needs to be sufficient for the ball not to cause damage to surrounding fixtures, otherwise there are no pre-requisites for the choice of venue.
