Skiing

Description
Skiing is a winter sport involving travelling across snow with blades on your feet to aid with movement. This can be accessed on real slopes or artificial slopes and can be downhill or cross country.

Who is it suitable for?
All sections can take part in this activity, younger sections would be best suited to having a go at their local artificial slope whilst older sections may get the chance to try this on real snow.

Additional Information
You can get loads of information about getting started in skiing and snowboarding at www.goskigoboard.org.uk
