Shooting must be supervised by an appropriately qualified Range Oficer {NRA RCO} and as a member or guest of a Home Office Approved club. There are opportunities to take part at the National Scout Shooting Championships www.scouts-shoot.org.uk/nsrc/next.

How to run/provide fullbore rifle shooting

There are 2 ways of running Fullbore Rifle Shooting in Scouting. These are:

  1. Scout-led activity - running fullbore rifle shooting yourself or using someone else in Scouting

  2. Externally-led activity - running fullbore rifle shooting using an external provider
