Scout Network members over the age of 18 are able to be trustees and full voting members of the District Executive.

Members can be co-opted onto sub-committees and they may be invited along to District Executive meetings when appropriate.

The Executive Committee is responsible for:

The way that a District chooses to finance its Scout Network provision is very much a decision made locally.
However, there are a number of rules, which must be adhered to, and which you can find in POR chapter 5.
Responsibility for the finance of Scout Network lies with the District Executive Committee. The District Executive Committee should bear in mind the principle of ‘free to join’ and ‘pay to play’. That is to say, local fees if any should not be a burden.
