Autism Awareness E-Learning

We have partnered with the National Autistic Society (NAS) to enable adults in Scouting to access their e-learning modules on autism.

There are 3 modules you can complete. These have been created by the National Autistic Society and are about people with autism (not just young people). The modules have not been developed specifically for Scouting however the learning can be applied to Scouting.

These modules are optional for adults in Scouting, however they may be used as part of your on-going learning. Once you have completed the module assessment the certificate will download. You will need to enter in your name and the date you completed the assessment by clicking the space on the certificate before saving and/or printing your certificate to show you have completed the learning.
The certificate can then be shared with your training advisor or line manager so your learning can be added to your training record on Compass.

How to access the modules?

The modules can only be accessed by adults in Scouting and you will need to use your Compass user name and password to access the modules.
All adults who are active in Scouting will have a Compass membership profile, however you may need to register on Compass to set up a username and password if you have not already done so.

The modules can only be accessed by active adults in Scouting, you must not share the modules with others outside of Scouting.

It is important that you do not share your Compass username or password with anyone else as this will provide access to sensitive and personal data.

If you are having issues accessing the e-learning please contact the Info Centre for support.
