Description
Scuba diving is the activity of underwater swimming with breathing aided by the use of an air tank.

Who is it suitable for?
Due to age restrictions from providers this is best suited for Scouts onwards but some providers will accommodate older Cubs, generally an activity for those 10 years and over.

Additional Information
You can find a club or centre on the British Sub Aqua Club website and a providers list on the PADI website.
